Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Packaging Policy

Shipping

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Elias Rose Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

All digital products, downloadable items, and custom-made orders are final sale unless otherwise stated.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Digital products or downloads
• Sale or clearance items
• Intimate or hygiene-related items (including nail sets once opened)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund or exchange status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Elias Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
• Check with neighbors or building management
• Contact your local post office or carrier
• File a claim with the shipping carrier

If your package is lost in transit (never marked as delivered), please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist.

Packaging

Every Elias Rose Boutique order is packaged with intention, care, and creativity.

We prioritize:
• Protective packaging to prevent damage
• Clean, secure materials
• Aesthetic presentation aligned with our brand
• Sustainable or recyclable materials whenever possible

Some orders may include branded inserts, thank-you notes, or small surprises as part of the Elias Rose Boutique experience.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
