Elias Rose Boutique is an online shop offering handmade and curated products including press-on nails, art kits, zines, banned books, stickers, and mystery boxes. These Terms govern all use of our website and services.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

• You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

• We strive to present our products as accurately and vividly as possible—each one with its own style and story.

• Handmade Disclaimer: Each nail set and art piece is handmade and may vary slightly in color, shape, or size. That’s part of their magic!

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Errors: We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions—even after an order has been placed.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Order Processing: Most products ship within 3-7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may take longer and will include estimated processing times at checkout.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery times are 5–10 business days.

• Tracking: All shipped orders include tracking. ERB is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they leave our facility.

• International Shipping: Not currently available, but stay tuned!

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of many of our items:

• All Sales Are Final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

• If you experience an issue, please email support@eliasroseboutique.com within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the problem.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

7. Mystery Boxes

All sales are Final

We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elias Rose Boutique website—including imagery, product designs, stories, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of ERB and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.

9. User-Generated Content

We love seeing you wear our art! By tagging or submitting content to us, you agree:

We may repost your content for promotional purposes.

You grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use your image with credit.

10. Limitation of Liability

ERB is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages from use of our products or site. All items are for external use only. Nail Supplies, Candles, Acrylic Paint products should not be ingested.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the new effective date.
