At Elias Rose Boutique, every piece is crafted or prepared with love and intention. Because of this, we have a few guidelines around cancellations to ensure fairness for both our team and our cherished customers:

         Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund — no questions asked.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or processing, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

   Custom Orders, Paint Kits & Special Items

Custom items (including made-to-order nail supplies, paint, or artwork) begin production quickly. Custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.

For Art Kits (The Creative Cup), cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future date. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.

How to Request a Cancellation

Please email support@eliasroseboutique.com with the subject line: 

       "Cancellation Request" and include your order number.

We will do our best to accommodate you and respond within 1-2 business days.
