If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our Return Policy below for information on how to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene standards, press-on nails, tattoos, custom orders, and personalized artwork are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at support@eliasroseboutique.com with the subject line "Return Request."

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged.

3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).

Refunds

Refunds (for eligible items) will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

All sales are final—mystery boxes, books, stickers, art prints, art kits, press-on nails; they are non-refundable once shipped.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order through our Boutique Shop.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We inspect every item before shipment, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We will make it right with either a replacement or refund— your happiness is important to us!
