Subscription boxes ship on a set schedule each month (e.g., the 1st of each month).

Delivery times vary based on location but typically take 5-10 business days within the U.S. and 10-21 business days for international orders.

We currently ship to USA

Domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

International shipping may be available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@eliasroseboutique.com

 within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with tracking or replacement.

If your item arrives damaged, please send photos and a description of the issue within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final—mystery boxes, books, stickers, art prints, art kits, press-on nails; they are non-refundable once shipped.
